Established in 2004, APSL is an association open to all Sri Lankans in the UK, irrespective of their ethnicity, creed or political affiliation. Our aim is to promote unity and professionalism among the Sri Lankans, foster good will and cultural relations in the UK, as well as support relief and development activities in Sri Lanka.
| A one-off joining fee of £25.00 is applicable to all new members joining after 01/05/2021. Student members are exempt from paying a joining fee. | |
| Life membership is £150.00. | |
| APSL is a charitable voluntary organisation and depends on the generosity of its members to maintain ongoing projects in Sri Lanka. Therefore, all new members are required to choose a project that they wish to financially support on a monthly or annual basis after joining. | |
| Existing ordinary members who joined before 01/05/2021 are required to pay an annual membership fee of £15 per annum, unless they are already contributing regularly to an APSL project, in which case they will be exempt from paying the annual subscription fee. | |
| Once your membership application is approved, APSL membership secretary will write to welcome you and connect you with the relevant project lead. |
